Standard ISO 9001:2015 — universal tool of business management

Two approaches to MQS:

Management Quality System ISO 9001: 2008 – this is a tool for control of documents, records, nonconforming product, internal audits, preventive and corrective actions.

This version provides obligation of development of the Quality manual and 6 compulsory procedures, and also other documents in which actions of employees are described in details, and procedural approach to MQS is used.

Stuff is expected during its activities constantly refer to these documents.

ISO 9001:2015 is built on sustainable business principles which are during the implementation help organization to improve its activity and reduce risks.

The ISO 9001: 2015 should be considered as the standard for management business system.

In order to achieve business goals personnel should have necessary knowledge for their working processes and compliance achievement of products and services. Knowledge is a set of information about WHAT, HOW, WHEN and WHY each employee of the enterprise needs to carry out his/her work. Therefore, the QMS in accordance with the requirements of the standard version 2015 recommends the use of a competent approach.

At the competent approach the emphasis is done on competence of the personnel, who without instructions knows how to carry out its activity.

Then document flow system could be reduced to the necessary minimum.
