“One hundred concrete steps”- are a response to global and local challenges and, at the same time, it is a Plan for the Nation to join the top 30 most-developed countries in the new historical conditions.

This year in May at the enlarged session of the Government, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has outlined the 100 concrete steps to implement five institutional reforms. It is:

  • Creation of a modem and professional civil service
  • Ensuring the rule of law
  • Industrialization and economic growth
  • identity and unity
  • formation of accountable government

For realization of formation of transparent accountable government, President has identified 10 steps – 10 tools, one of which became international certification of public services for compliance with the standards of quality management ISO 9000.
