ISO 9001 Quality Policy – a reflection of the business idea

In today’s world the best results and maximum profits bring a balanced policy. And the quality policy, as an integral part of the company`s general policy should contribute business idea realization and expressed goals in it.

Accordingly, the policy should be:
– Long-term (it is necessary long-term perspective in order quality policy to influence).
– Comprehensive (Almost any function directly affects on the quality, so the policy should cover all processes and all staff to be involved in these processes).
– Significant (The policy should determine the main thrust of the company and meet the purpose of the enterprise).
– Expressed in simple language (The policy should be clear to any employee of the company).
– Briefly enunciated (large amounts of text can be an obstacle for the familiarization)
– Target-focused (Quality Policy should show which upper-level managers are the conductors of this policy. In which way this policy will be achieved. Subscriber under the policy should be the head of the company).
