“Wrong” consumer – who is he?

Relationships with customers is a key factor achievement of wellbeing for both sides. These relationships are tested to determine the degree of satisfaction of the consumer products / services with the level of its delivery / rendering.

Consumers are satisfied, and the company loses its market positions?

Simply in structure of consumers there were “wrong” consumers — those which requirements the company can’t satisfy with profit for itself. “Wrong” consumers it is a result of poorly organized process to attract new customers and to hold existing ones. The conclusion is as follows: quickly identify “wrong” consumers and do not spend on them labor supply and financial resources of the company.
