Quality management system

ISO 9001:2008 is a universal basis for building quality management system in any organization regardless of field, applied technologies, qualification and number of employees.

Standard ISO 9001:2008 includes criteria for independent certification of quality management which allows to demonstrate guaranties of risk minimization to external concerned parties.

Quality management system, according to ISO 9001:2008, assumes application of “process approach”, when the best chain of “transformations-processes” is simulated and implemented. This approach assures that the needs of customers are received in the organization and that they become services without distortion.
