ISO 37001

ISO 37001 – Anti-bribery management systems

October 15, 2016 the International Organization for Standardization ISO published an international standard ISO 37001 ” Anti-bribery management systems” that helps organizations to prevent bribery, to establish the action when it is detected.
ISO 37001 standard can be used by any organization regardless of its size and activities of the organization, forms of corruption, it is facing, as well as in any country, due to the fact that it promotes compliance of the activity of the organization with progressive international practices and relevant regulatory and legal acts in the sphere of combating corruption in all countries where the organization operates.
A set of activities described in the standards of anti-bribery management systems, including ISO 37001, involves:
• the development of anti-corruption policy,
• assignment of responsible for monitoring the implementation of anti-bribery management system,
• analysis of corruption risks,
• training on anti-corruption activities,
• inspection of partners and projects,
• measures to attract attention to the facts of bribery and corruption,
• procedures to investigate bribery and disciplinary responsibility,
• internal audits,
• analysis and improvement of the management system of anti-corruption measures.
