Dear leaders of food businesses!

Law of the Kazakhstan Republic “Food safety” № 301-III July 21, 2007 and related articles 15, 23, 30, 31, 32 of this law, read as follows that all enterprises producing and selling food products, are required to carry out the production quality control of food raw materials and food products based on the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP).

The objects of technical regulations of the Customs Union technical regulation (mandatory for execution on the territory of Kazakhstan, Belarus and Russia regulatory legal act that establishes the requirements for the product, its production, transportation, storage, application, as well as assessment procedures (confirmation) its requirements conformation), “Food safety” (TR CU 021/2011) (hereinafter – TR CU 021/2011) are food products and processes related to food requirements production (manufacturing), storage, transportation, marketing and utilization.

Article 10 of the TR CU 021/2011 establishes an obligation of the manufacturer of food products for the development, implementation and maintenance of procedures based on HACCP principles (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points principles).

In this regard, we invite you to take part in the seminar “Improving the quality and marketability of the food products.
